Programme Objectives

  • Participants: 12 women 

  • Facilitators: Two experienced coaches/facilitators

  • Format: 1:1 coaching sessions, six workshops, and peer networking/buddying

  • 1:1 Coaching Sessions (6 per participant - 6 hours in total)

What do I commit to by signing up for the programme?

As a participant, you commit to embrace the space with an open mind and curiosity towards yourself and the other participants. For the programme to have greatest impact, it's encouraged to prepare ahead of each workshop and to work on the practical assignments you will be given.

As facilitators, we commit to create a space built on trust and psychological safety where all participants can share their experiences for the purpose of learning and growth.
